EU ministers to outline expectations for Copenhagen  

EU environment ministers will meet on Monday (23 November) to define what a successful outcome of Copenhagen's UN climate conference next month would entail.


Merkel, Sarkozy back Danes in last-minute climate diplomacy  

While it is still uncertain whether US President Barack Obama will attend the UN climate conference in Copenhagen, France and Germany rallied behind the Danish prime minister yesterday (19 November) "to make Copenhagen a success".
