Talking to EU's citizens[fr] 

Anticipating the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, 13 student-volunteers of 11 nationalities undertook an investigation into an issue on which no consensus has yet been reached: European languages. They confined their study to eight linguistic areas: UK-Ireland, France, Germany-Austria, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Slovenia and Ukraine.

ARTE France President Jérôme Clément also spoke on the issue at the Collège d'Europe in Bruges on 21 March.
