L'UE nomme son représentant spécial au Soudan

Pekka Haavisto, ancien ministre finlandais à l'aide au développement, vient d'être nommé au poste de représentant spécial de l'Union européenne au Soudan. L'Union entend ainsi renforcer sa présence dans un pays ravagé par les conflits inter-ethniques.
