A high-level delegation from the European Union is in Cuba for a two day visit designed to improve relations soured over EU criticism of Havana's human rights' record. Heading the EU delegation, is Belgium's Foreign Minister Louis Michel, who hopes to re-open political dialogue between the EU and Cuba as soon as possible.
