French elections: Chirac against Le Pen in second round

In the second round of the French presidential elections on 5 May, the current President, Jacques Chirac, will run against the far-right leader, Jean-Marie Le Pen, after the latter's surprise victory over the Socialist candidate, the Prime Minister Lionel Jospin, in the first round on 21 April.
