Commission enters Future EU battle field
On 22 May, the Commission presented its first official communication for the Convention on the future of the Union. The Commissions' proposals aim to strengthen its position and introduce more "community method" in the fields of economic policy coordination, justice and home affairs (especially immigration), and the Common Foreign and Security policy.
