UNICE calls for a public debate on enlargement
UNICE, the leading European business confederation, has called for a public debate on enlargement in order to tackle existing concerns and strengthen support for enlargement. "The time has come for the political leaders of the countries concerned to actively engage in the public debate on enlargement and show determination and political leadership to move the process forward with realism, pragmatism and vision," UNICE has urged in its annual report on enlargement.
