Convention debates simplification of EU legislative procedures
At its first session after the summer break, the European Convention will deal with the issue of EU legislative procedures. Convention members will discuss the simplification of instruments and procedures, and the progress report on the proceedings of the Working Group on Subsidiarity at a two-day plenary on 12 and 13 September 2002.
