Council to tackle telecoms framework
On 15 October, the Transport and Telecommunication Council is to discuss progress on the so-called "telecoms package". The Belgian Presidency hopes to avoid a conciliation procedure between the European Parliament and the Council so as to have the framework adopted by the end of the year.
