EU reassures candidates that enlargement is on track
The EU Foreign Ministers, meeting at Elsinore on 30-31 August, reassured the candidate countries on enlargement plans, adopted a Middle East peace plan and urged Iraq to allow UN weapons inspectors back into the country.
