Our reliance on Russia for gas supplying, oil prices run-up, climate change, … all this should raise our awareness on these crucial stakes. The EU must reinforce its suplying security, curb down its CO2 emissions, invest, master prices and consumption,“ writes Philippe Herzog.

Reacting to the Commission’s Green Paper, ‚A European strategy for a safe, competitive and sustainable energy‘, he contributes to feed the debate on the European Energy policy.
